I'm a business developer and a senior UX designer who has now turned to UX-engineering. Thirteen years across agencies, a corporate role, a GDPR startup I co-founded, and today I co-run PARGO. Not everything went to plan - what worked, came from staying dedicated and following the path anyway - owning the backlog, driving sprints, and making sure design, development and business speak the same language.
