Context
PARGO exists to take the confusion out of parking - giving drivers the clarity they need to park safely, legally and stress-free.
02
My role
I am co-founder and business developer. My focus is making sure the product we build matches the real needs of our target audience. I also lead negotiations and partnerships - finding the right people to work with, and closing the deals that let us actually launch. On top of that, I own marketing and communication, making sure drivers actually hear about PARGO and understand why it matters to them.
03
The challenge
Parking rules are far more complex than most people realise. Behind every parking rule (including parking signs) sits a web of overlapping authorities - municipalities setting the public framework, private parking companies enforcing their own conditions, and the actual owners of the lot who may have their own restrictions on top of that.
From a business perspective, this creates a unique challenge: how do you take something inherently fragmented, inconsistent and often poorly communicated - and turn it into a clear, trustworthy and instantly actionable experience for a driver who has ten seconds to decide whether to park or drive on?
The answer is not just good product design. It requires a deep understanding of the rules themselves, where the data comes from, how reliable it is - and how to communicate uncertainty without undermining confidence. Getting that balance right is at the heart of what makes PARGO both a fascinating and demanding product to build.
