Context
In 2024 I discovered that understanding parking rules is a huge challenge for drivers in Denmark. ParkWise was the initial phase of what later became PARGO - the stage where we validated whether the problem was real and worth solving before committing to build anything.

My role
Business developer: Led the in-depth market analysis - sizing the problem, mapping competitors, and understanding the regulatory landscape before committing to a solution.
User research: Ran the initial user interviews that clarified the real problem scope: drivers didn't need more information, they needed clarity they could trust in the moment.

The challenge wasn't technical yet - it was proving the problem was worth solving, and narrowing exactly which part of it to solve first.
