I'm a Product & UX Lead with a business background. Fifteen years across agencies, a corporate role, a GDPR startup I co-founded, and today I co-run PARGO. Not everything went to plan - what worked, came from staying dedicated and following the path anyway.

The leadership lesson I keep relearning: build the conditions for people to do their best work, then get out of the way. Looking out for my team matters as much as any deliverable.
User-friendly products are about understanding and curiosity. It's all about discovering the challenge a group of people faces, and finding the best ways to solve it.
I am what I think. I can be anything I want to be. This is my mindset. I protect it daily with clear goals and deliberate use of my time.
Poker is one of my favourite ways to unwind. It brings my network together, and creates a social atmosphere that's both competitive and fun.

Before you commit the budget: I validate the problem, talk to users, and narrow the scope to an MVP you can test. Also the starting point for a health check of a product that is already live.
I lead the user experience and take product responsibility where your team needs it, keeping design, development and business speaking the same language. On healthcare apps this meant faster onboarding and more satisfied users.
I cover the role during a start-up phase, a transition or a hire: owning the backlog, prioritising with stakeholders and running the sprints, so delivery keeps moving.
[ How I work ]
I use AI to make ideas visible fast. In one or two days, a rough idea becomes something the team can look at, react to and challenge, so strategic discussions start from a shared picture and not from a blank page.
I use AI to turn a rough idea into something visual: a concept, a flow or a small working sketch. It is not a full mockup. It is there to explore, and to give a strategic discussion something concrete to react to.
AI helps me sketch several directions in the time one used to take, so the discussion is about which way to go and why. Research synthesis, personas, copy, usability-test analysis and edge cases get the same speed-up, and I make the decision.
Certified Product Owner and Scrum Master, two startups co-founded, and a background in Automation and Robotics and Medialogy. A visual leads to a decision, and what I design can be built.
